 Tabs within the ribbon:

This bar contains the File, home, share, edit.

  • File- it saves, displays and opens a new window.
  • Home- it shows your recent items.
  • share- share documents, photos, links to website by using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
  • edit- copy, paste, cut.
These buttons let you perform many tasks and activities on the files and folders you select in the main file explorer window.

Navigation Pane:

You can choose discs and folders in the navigation pane, as well as go to the network's machines, folders, and files.

Address bar:

The location of the currently selected folder on your computer or network is displayed in the address bar. 

Search Box:

The text you provide will be searched for in the presently selected folder location once you click into the search box and type the file or folder name or the first few letters in the file or folder name.

Back, forward, and up button:

Click the back button to go back to the folder you were last viewing. After pressing the return button, click the forward button to move forward once more. To advance a level inside the displayed folder, click the up button.

File and folders:

The files and folders help to organize your work and documents.

Column names:

The file names, latest changed date, file type, and size are displayed in column names.
